Back 2 Basics Pediatric Therapy is a small, boutique pediatric clinic specializing in feeding and early childhood development. We are seeking a motivated Clinical Fellow who is eager to grow clinically, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and build a strong foundation in pediatric speech and feeding therapy.

Position Overview:
- Full-time Clinical Fellowship (40 hours/week).
- Provide speech and feeding therapy to children and adolescents (birth - 19 years).
- In-person outpatient pediatric clinic setting.
- Some teletherapy opportunities as appropriate.
Responsibilities:
- Complete speech, language, and feeding assessments and evaluations.
- Provide individualized therapy to support short- and long-term goals.
- Participate in feeding therapy and swallowing-related evaluations as trained.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members.
- Participate in supervision, mentoring, and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CF).
- Strong interest in pediatric speech and feeding therapy.
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow as a clinician.
- Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
